	[[li]][[strong]]Focus on personalization: [[/strong]]Whether it&#39;s a billboard and online ad or an email, every single reader is an audience of one. 	[[li]][[strong]]Upskill: [[/strong]]Marketing has changed a lot over the last 10 years and that pace of change is only getting faster. Instead of thinking &ldquo;traditional versus digital marketing&rdquo;, marketers now think in terms of a holistic [[a href="https://digitalmarketinginstitute.com/blog/what-is-omnichannel-marketing" target="_blank"]]omnichannel marketing approach[[/a]].&nbsp;[[/li]]
	[[li]][[strong]]Increase social and paid advertising: [[/strong]]In recent years, there has been a huge increase in social and paid search, with companies using a combination of free (organic) and paid tactics to reach customers.[[/li]]

[[p]]When people attended traditional seminars, they often received handouts, marketing materials, and &ldquo;goodie bags&rdquo;. Webinars enable companies to share these materials digitally, either during the calls or (preferably) in follow-up communications.
